Bridget Dolan is the Senior Vice President of Omni Experience and Innovation at Sephora. In her role, Bridget is responsible for creating seamless and connected client experiences across Sephora’s store and dotcom channels, through innovative digital tools, client services, and in-store makeovers, consultations, and beauty classes.
During her 18 years at Sephora, Bridget has prided herself on being a constant client advocate, holding various leadership positions in digital, most recently as the Vice President of Innovation, overseeing the ideation and development of new digital features at Sephora including Sephora Virtual Artist and Digital Makeover Guide. With a deep passion and infinite curiosity in the client shopping journey, Bridget has helped shape some of Sephora’s most breakthrough innovations to date, including leading Sephora’s direct marketing efforts and social efforts, like Sephora.com Ratings and Reviews, and mobile app development for which Sephora earned the top spot in L2’s first Prestige Mobile IQ report.
Before joining Sephora, Bridget held various positions in marketing and strategy both in house and in agency. Bridget holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Marketing, and resides in Marin County with her husband and three children.
