A passionate, experienced leader, Tracy has a proven track record of growing and developing some of the world’s most successful brands. She has led assignments for DDB, J. Walter Thompson, Ogilvy, Digitas and Roth Partners. Over the past 15+ years she has worked across geographies in a number of household and personal care categories, across a full spectrum of marketing challenges. Whether fighting a detergents war in Chile, acquiring U.S. Cardmembers across the digital landscape, or orchestrating 360 European campaigns, Tracy aims bring the best out of her teams for her clients.

She has been successful both as a generalist and a digital, social and direct marketer, thriving in both large multi-national companies, small entrepreneurial environments and foreign offices. Tracy has deep experience positioning brands, crafting and managing fully integrated and digital-only communications plans, launching new products and re-invigorating established brands on global, regional and national scale. Tracy leverages her experience as an integrated marketer to understand purposes, purchases paths and new engagement opportunities for companies, brands, products and services, enabling her to create strategically robust communications and content plans. She’s led two successful overseas assignments in Santiago, Chile, and London, England.
